Fereniki Panagopoulou-Koutnatzi was Legal Auditor at the Hellenic Data Protection Authority for eight years, where she handled over 1000 personal data protection cases. She has trained more than 1500 business executives and lawyers on matters pertaining to personal data protection legislation. She studied Law at the School of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens [undergraduate law degree and post-graduate degree (LL.M.) in Public Law] and Law and Public Health at Harvard University, School of Public Health [Master of Public Health (Μ.P.H.). She holds a doctorate (PhD) in Constitutional Law and Bioethics from Humboldt Universität Berlin. She has lectured on Constitutional Law, New Technologies and Law, Public Healthcare Law, American Law and Bioethics at Berlin University, at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, at Panteion University and at the Universities of Athens, Piraeus and the Peloponnese.
